BOYS HIKING EXCURSION

Jeff and some of his buddies left late Saturday night so they could camp out in freezing weather and be the first to hit the peaks at 5 a.m.!  They hiked 3 fourteeners and got some great photos along the way.  Here are just a few of them.  And, yes.  That would be my husband decked out in his army gear!

I learned first hand this year that the old adage,

"absence makes the heart grow fonder,"

is quite true! What an experience to go without 

your husband for 7 months. I have to say that 

now Jeff can do no wrong! He is an amazing 

husband, father, son and friend.
